From ancient fortress to Bed and Breakfast
The stone structure of the B&B Il Raggiolo was built around the year 1000 as a defensive fortress. Renovated several times over the years, it was used as a Bed and Breakfast in 2023. With a park of over 1000 square meters and a swimming pool, it stands out in the middle of the landscape of Pieve di Rivoschio, a hamlet halfway between Sarsina and Cesena, full of charm due to the modeling imagination of nature.

Dear Customers,
Private parties can be organized in the swimming pool area and garden with complete independence, with access to the property from 10:00 a.m. until a time to be agreed upon.
The self-service exclusive rental option, priced at €500 (recommended for events with more than 25 guests), includes:
– Exclusive use of the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
– Fully equipped BBQ area, ready to use.
– Induction cooktop.
– Large-capacity refrigerator and freezer for storing food and ice.
– Outdoor hot-water shower.
– Changing room with private bathroom.
– Sound system for music playback.
– Waste disposal service.
If you would prefer an event with a full catering service (without self-management), we would be pleased to discuss your requirements and provide a customized quotation.
Although the venue is not particularly large, it can comfortably accommodate up to 40–50 guests, offering the ideal setting for a relaxing day with friends, enjoying the pool and a barbecue.
For smaller groups, approximately 15 to 20 people, we offer a daily rate of €20 per adult, or €15 for afternoon access.
Children up to 3 years old are admitted free of charge. For children aged 4 to 10 years, the rate is €10 for the full day or €7 for afternoon access.
